Ambrosia Smoothie

This recipe was adapted from one suggesting can fruits, which contain added sugar, a huge "no-no" for the candida diet. I like using frozen fruit because it gives the smoothie a frozen texture without adding ice. I also used aloe vera juice for its internal healing qualities. This recipe made two large (about 16 oz) smoothies for myself and my daughter. Amazingly delicious!

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup papaya pieces
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups aloe vera juice
orange juice not from concentrate as needed

Place first six ingredients into blender and add enough orange juice as needed to blend to a smooth texture. Pour in glasses and serve.
