Italian Cheese Ball

Serve this delicious appetizer with gluten free crackers or cut vegetables, I prefer celery sticks. Enjoy!

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions, sliced thin
1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1.2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

In a small mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Shape into a ball; roll in chopped nuts. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
