Yogurt Dressing or Dip

16 ounces plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup copped green onions or chives
1/4 cup finely chopped or grated cucumber
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Line a small colander or strainer with a coffee filter. Place yogurt into coffee filter and cover well with plastic wrap. This will allow excess liquid to drain from yogurt, making it thick and creamy. Then add onions, cucumber and garlic. Chill for at least one hour. Serve with cut veggies or whole wheat pita chips.
