Tropical Salsa

This salsa is delicious on grilled salmon or halibut. Add a cut up avacado to left overs and it is great with tortilla chips.

¾ cup fresh pineapple, cut in small chunks
½ cup diced mangoes or peaches
¼ cup honeydew, muskmelon or cantaloupe, diced
¼ green pepper, diced
¼ sweet red pepper, diced
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 scallions, sliced
½ teaspoon finely diced jalapeƱo peppers
1 teaspoon lime juice

Combine all ingredients and chill.
