Sunshine Smoothie

Sunday mornings are always such a hurried rush to get dressed nicely, find nylons without runs, fix hair, pack tissue and mints in the purse, and "don't forget your Bible!" We usually meet in the kitchen 20 minutes before it is time to leave for church and make toast, grab a banana and yogurt or a smoothie. So today I thought want share another quick smoothie recipe that is always sure to please.

1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup crushed ice, or about 6 large ice cubes
1 6 ounce container vanilla yogurt
a splash of vanilla extract
a pinch of stevia

Add all to blender and puree. Taste like an old fashioned Orange Julius! This makes enough for 2-3 servings.
