Lemon and Herb Dressing

1/2 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons finely chopped basil leaves
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
dash cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a jar. Chill for at least one hour so flavors can mingle before serving. Can be refrigerated and reused for up to two days.
