The Biggest Little Town in Texas.

Garrison, Texas. Travelers driving down Route 59 south toward Houston might not even take a second glance at this little one light town. Indeed, it has few stores and restaurants, but it is a little town full of homes, history, and of course, family. Fred's mom took us to the "square" where there is a few antique stores, gift shops, and diners. Nana took us to the "Fina Cafe" and gas station owned by a cousin, for a catfish dinner. As Nana drove us around town she played some of her favorite music, a piano player, Floyd Crammer. I thought his music made a made a perfect back drop for this beautiful little town.
